Shipping policy

Orders are generally shipped on the following business day, after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours. 11AM - 6PM Eastern ST

USPS or UPS To US addresses: Shipping cost for chairs are indicated for the lower 48 states. AK and Hi orders will be quoted separate. All items shipped fully insured after cleared payment. Tracking info will be emailed on the day of shipping.

International Orders: please send us an inquiry so we can give you the proper shipping price. All international customers will receive an invoice by email. Customs fees if any are not included in the shipping and it is the responsibility of the receiver. 

We securely package all of our products to reduce the possibility of any damages during transit. If any damages occur during shipping please notify the shipping company and us.
